Access your customers' data wherever you want. The STS Coach application is the basic work tool of the personal trainer. The modular application can be easily downloaded and installed on any Windows computer. With the launch of STS version 5.0, many new possibilities to develop an exceptional service were activated. These possibilities go much further than just cardio training.
Guidance - SportMed Test and training methodology
In the meantime, more than 30 years ago, the foundations of the scientifically based SportMed method for cardio training were laid. This has been continuously developed and thanks to technological developments today it is more relevant than ever. The unique SportMed exercise test, the simple but clear evaluation, the personalized program with result guarantee, in combination with the ease of use of the STS Coach-application form a unique combination. Follow up - Online tools to follow up your customers
Following up on your customers is essential to reach an exeptional service level. The SportMed app is the latest addition to the monitoring range. In combination with a bluetooth heart rate transmitter (chest strap, wrist unit, ...) a telephone is transformed into an instrument for training control and registration. Or does the customer prefer an HRC (SportMed Heart Rate monitor you can wear on your wrist) because that is also an option. These monitoring tools are immediately an additional source of income and the basics for a reward system that we will be publishing in the near future.

Do you have customers looking for training tools to train at home? The number of people who invest in training tools to exercise at home is enormous. Training - SportMed Academy

Through 'blended learning', an interactive way of learning that partly takes place online via the SportMed eCampus and partly consists of practical exercises, you learn all the ins and outs of the SportMed method for cardio training and the PT-Cardio concept.
Support - SportMed Service Center
You can contact the SportMed Service Center for support, both in terms of content, practicality and technology. The SSC provides telephone support, via remote desktop or even when necessary, with an on-site visit. You will learn all about it during the training.

Formula SportMed (Self)Test-Studio
This formula only requires sufficient space to be able to place a SportMed (Self-)test bicycle ergometer. This bicycle ergometer is used to administer the SportMed IANT (self) test, but can also be used as a training device.
